Below is an overview of events planned from August until the end of January. Please review the list for activities you may be interested in volunteering for, print the volunteer sign-up form linked on this page and send it back to school. If you have any questions about
volunteering at Madisonville Elementary, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator. We look forward to seeing you at school!
- Vision Testing (1st & 3rd Grades, Sept. 22)
- Moms Moments Babysitting (Sept. 29 & 30)
- 3rd Graders' Veteran's Day Program (set up Nov. 10)
- 1st and 3rd Grade Hearing Testing (Nov. 10)
- PTA Art Show and Dinner (Dec. 3)
- Christmas Parties Babysitting (Dec. 17)

You will be notified by phone or e-mail a few days to a week prior to the events you have signed up for as a reminder. We'll leave a message on your recorder if we're
unable to reach you.
There are many ways to get involved at Madisonville Elementary School. One of the most important ways is by volunteering to serve on
a PTA committee such as Beautifcation, Fundraising, Budget, Hospitality, Newsletter/Publicity, Membership, Earobics or Technology. With more people
involved, we can continue to help make MES was wonderful place for our students' education.
Look for more opportunities to volunteer at MES in January! And on behalf of MESPTA and Madisonville Elementary, thanks for your help!
