Welcome to Madisonville Elementary School. Our goal is to provide your child with a safe, nuturing and learnig enviroment. We also want our kindergarteners to develop independence. In an effort to accomplish this, we are asking for your help. We would like for you and your child to participate in our "Ready, Set, Go Plan."

We are asking that prior to the first day of school, talk to your child about our "Ready, Set, Go Plan." Ready means that the students come to school ready to learn; Set means that the children are set to tell their parents goodbye at the hall entrance; and Go means the students go to the room down the hallway by themselves (often times the separation is more difficult for parents than students!).

We will have adults at the entrance of the Kindergarten wing to help with school supplies, questions and any other concerns, so don't worry!

The parents of this community have been very supportive of the kids and the school. Please help us to teach independence by talking to your child about our "Ready, Set, Go Plan." You will be surprised at how proud your child will be on the first day!
