Welcome to “Reflections,” the support site for parents, teachers and children. The goal of this site is to provide information
useful in the coordination and networking processes here at the Counseling Center.
School Counselors have specialized training in counseling, counseling administration, theories and practices.
Role of the School Counsel:
- assesses and interprets student behavior as it affects learning
- coordinates efforts with school administration and faculty
- serves as liaison among home, school, and community
- coordinates referrals to the school and community agencies
In addition, the Counseling Center brings guidance classes to the classroom and the daily "Phil and Pippy Show" on the morning broadcast,
focusing on character, education and MES' FISH PHILOSOPHY.
